Health is as much or more about how your body functions on the inside as it is about how you look on the outside. Strict meal plans & diets aren’t useful nor are they sustainable for the vast majority of clients. With meal plans, clients tend to feel like they are either on plan or off & then feel guilty when they branch away from the specific regimen.

There is no “one-size-fits-all“ nutritional plan. Fitgirlsrock will help you find a nutritional approach that works for you & fits your lifestyle. We will work on forming healthy habits by implementing them into your daily routine at your own pace & building upon them until these healthy habits really become part of who you are. I don't provide exact meal plans, but I will educate you on portion sizing, grocery shopping as well as how to put foods and meals together. The nutritional approach we use will be designed to help you develop a healthy mindset around food. It will teach you how to fuel your body & how to let go of the guilt surrounding food.

Proper nutrition not only enhances your ability to train effectively, sleep better & feel better overall but it is the key component to achieving your goals.
