Welcome to Fitgirlsrock newest program. A hybrid of both in person and online coaching.


What's included:

* comprehensive 4 week fitness program

* two 30 minute in person training sessions per week for 4 weeks (total 8 sessions)

* 1-2 additional homework workouts weekly (total 4-8 sessions) to be completed on your own plus accountability for completion

* nutritional guidelines with a focus on 1-2 steps weekly to build upon lifestyle habits plus accountability for completion

* mindset coaching

* unlimited questions and concerns via email/text in regards to health & fitness for the 4 weeks

* bi-weekly progress assessments


* all 8 in person sessions have to be booked and completed in the same month

* sessions must be booked in advance

* participants MUST be located in Fort McMurray
