What is online coaching/training?

Online coaching/training is just as it sounds. It is a method of training that is done virtually from anywhere in the world. It is ultimately a more affordable, flexible solution that still provides direction, support, and accountability.

What are the benefits of online training/caoching?

1) Flexibility/Freedom. You can train at any time that suits you, in any place that suits you, including your home. This convenience will save you a lot of time as well as avoid the frustration of not being able to get into appointments or having to make appointments around a trainers availability.

2) Support. You get much more access to an online coach than you would as a face to face client. You get coaching, accountability, training programs and support not just for the one, two or three hours a week in a face to face environment. This means working together on every single aspect of your health and fitness. Online coaching is a one stop shop to get amazing results built around your lifestyle.

3) Cost Savings/Affordability. You get all of this at a lower price than working face to face for just one, two, three hours a week. This saves you money while giving you the best possible guidance, service and support.

4) Time Savings. Since the sessions aren't done in-person, the client can choose the best time that works for them to complete the workouts, making it ideal for someone on the go and those busy mom's. Plus, clients can choose to do the workouts at home using the equipment they have available, therefore saving on gym memberships as well.

I compensate, not being there with the client, through constant communication via email or text. The more feedback I get from the client, the more effectively I can help make the programming work.

As with anything, every person is different but online training can be even better than face to face training in some circumstances. The effectiveness, as with any training, relies on how motivated the client is to achieve goals. Online training can have some extra positive affects on motivation because I'm always just an email or text away for support and will regularly check in with clients via our private Facebook group or drop them a line with a motivating thought or tip of the day.
